Each product listed on our website has been personally reviewed and tested by us. You can watch detailed reviews on our YouTube channel “Ghar Ki Dukaan” to understand the product before you buy it.

We source many of our products from verified platforms like Deodape. We ensure quality, usability, and value before adding any product to our store. We are not official partners of Deodape, but we handpick their best products for our customers.

Online Payments Only 

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through secure payment methods including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Your transaction is safe and encrypted.

 Live Order Tracking via WhatsApp

We do not use automated tracking. Instead, we provide real-time order updates directly via WhatsApp to keep you personally informed about your delivery status.

Templates Customer Support Timing 

Our customer support team is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

After 7:00 PM, only emergency support numbers will be available for urgent issues.
